The service

ROS 365 is society management software for Indian housing societies, operated from India.

Free trial

Every society gets a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start.

Billing

After the trial, you pay a monthly per-flat price for the plan you choose. You get one invoice per month, due on the 7th. There are 2 days of grace after that, then the service may pause. A one-time 2% late fee applies.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Export your society's data before closing the account.

Your responsibilities

The managing committee is responsible for the accuracy of bills and for lawful use of the service.

Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
