Who we are

ROS 365 is society management software for Indian housing societies. We operate from India.

What we collect

Name, phone number, email (if used for sign-in), flat number, role (committee, resident or gate staff), visitor entries (name, phone, purpose, and photos if taken), vehicles, house help, bills, payments, expenses, notices and complaints.

Why we collect it

Only to run the society's operations. We do not show ads and we never sell data.

How it is stored

Each society's data sits in its own separate database schema. Our servers are in Mumbai, India, and connections use HTTPS.

Sign-in, payments and uploads

You sign in with a phone OTP or by email through Clerk, our authentication provider. Online payments are processed by Razorpay into the society's own account; ROS 365 does not store card or UPI details. File uploads are stored with a cloud storage provider.

Who decides what is entered

The society, through its managing committee, decides what resident data is entered. It is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and ROS 365 processes that data on the society's behalf.

Your choices

You can ask your committee, or write to Abbykkv@gmail.com, to see, correct or delete your data. Data is deleted within 90 days after a society closes its account, except records the law requires us to keep.
