Questions committees ask us
Who is ROS 365 for?
Apartment societies, gated communities and RWAs in India, from a 20-flat building to a 1,000-flat township. The committee runs it from the web; residents and gate staff use the web app on their phones, and the Android app is coming soon.
Can residents pay maintenance online?
Yes. Connect your society's own Razorpay account and residents pay their bills by UPI, card or net banking. The money goes straight to the society, and the payment posts to your ledger.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. The app and dashboard work in English and Hindi, and each person picks their own language.
What about our existing records?
Add flats from a spreadsheet and post opening balances so old dues carry over. For bigger imports, write to us and we will help.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. The Android app comes first, then iPhone. Meanwhile everyone can use the web app in their phone browser.
